# Export a form

# Export a form

**1.** On your WordPress admin dashboard, head to **Forms** → **Export** screen.

**2.** Under **Choose what to export**, choose **Forms**.

**3.** Select the form you want to export from the **Forms** dropdown.

**4.** Click **Download Export File**.
